We encourage taking home left-overs/surplus food so please take your own containers.
Do you own an Au Pair or Nannies’ Agency and want to make sure your collaborators can provide your clients with precious extra skills? Or are you a Nanny, a Housekeeper, a Domestic Worker, or an Au Pair, and aspire to offer an extra degree of competence to the families you work with? And what about Parents who wish to supply their own family with a superior level of care from their beloved Au Pair?
If you belong to one of the above-mentioned categories, then this series of four classes is perfect for you since it’s aimed at teaching new cooking, nutrition, and children’s food-related psychology skills to all sorts of professional workers in the childcare field. Our experienced cooking teacher and former Nanny Jasmine will provide you not only with great and easy recipes but also with a written manual (pdf files) full of vital information. She will also grant you valuable personal support plus the opportunity to join a wonderful food community of international Nannies.
Our cook, schoolteacher, children’s cooking expert, and soon-to-be food coach Jasmine has developed an easy yet very efficient program to help you cope with nutrition needs, dietary requirements, and food idiosyncrasies of both children and parents.
This course is suitable for childcare professionals who wish to become more confident in their cooking and nutrition skills and to prepare healthy food for children, and their families. The dishes are international, some with a clear Italian touch (Jasmine is Italian).
Jasmine has extensive experience in working with children and families privately as a Nanny and a school cooking teacher (Dutch schools). She’s also a very skilled and dedicated children’s and adults’ cooking teacher. Additionally, she’ll soon be a qualified food coach (Dutch diploma).
